EcoCoach PE Solutions - Alternative Provision

At EcoCoach PE Solutions, we specialise in providing tailored physical education and intervention programmes for students who may face challenges in mainstream education. We work closely with both Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council to support students aged 4-16 across Key Stages 1-4, particularly those at risk of exclusion or dealing with complex personal circumstances.

Who We Support:

• Students not accessing mainstream education

• Students excluded or at risk of exclusion

• Those with physical or mental health conditions

• Students with poor attendance or school refusal

• Individuals facing challenging personal situations

Our Provision:

We offer both in-school and on-site services, ensuring flexible and personalised support for each student. Our in-school services bring expert coaches and specialists directly to schools, offering high-quality PE, martial arts, and job skills training within a familiar environment. Our on-site services take place at Peterborough Judo & MMA, a state-of-the-art facility that provides access to specialised equipment for martial arts, fitness, and personal development.

At Peterborough Judo & MMA, students benefit from a variety of combat sports including Judo, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Kickboxing, as well as tailored fitness programmes. This facility is fully equipped to provide a focused environment for both physical training and personal growth​

We maintain small group sizes and one-to-one sessions in both settings, adhering to recommended Alternative Provision (AP) ratios. On-site, we can accommodate up to 8 students per session, ensuring each student receives the individualised attention they need.

Key Services:

• Physical Education (PE) and Job Skills Training: We offer dynamic sports programmes such as Judo, Kickboxing, and other martial arts alongside job readiness skills to help students prepare for future employment.

• Tailored Core Support: Core subjects such as Maths and English are outsourced, with additional support from specialists for targeted interventions.

• On-Site and In-School Options: Whether at school or at Peterborough Judo & MMA, our services are designed to meet the individual needs of each student.
