At EcoCoach, we specialise in fun, active, and hassle-free birthday parties designed to keep children entertained while providing a safe and professional experience. With exciting sports and games tailored to your child’s interests, we create memories that last a lifetime.

Our Packages

We offer flexible options to suit parties of all sizes and budgets.

Standard Package:

Price: £6.25 per child per hour (minimum 20 children).
Includes:
- Choice of 2 sports or games (e.g., football, dodgeball, obstacle course).
- Medals for all participants.
- Trophy and certificate for the birthday child.
- Digital invitations.

Deluxe Package:

Price: £7.50 per child per hour (minimum 20 children).
Includes:
- Everything in the Standard Package.
- Additional games or themed activities (e.g., Nerf battle).
- Personalised certificates for all children.

Large Group Options:

Up to 30 Children: £187.50 for 1 hour | £375 for 2 hours.
Up to 40 Children: £250 for 1 hour | £500 for 2 hours.

Add-Ons:

Party Bags: £5 per child.
Extended Time: £30 per 30 minutes.
Venue Hire Support: Let us help you find the perfect venue (cost not included).

Community Discounts

We’re proud to support local families with a 10% discount on core packages for:

Families eligible for Free School Meals (FSM).
Blue Light cardholders.
Military families.
NHS workers.

To claim your discount, email us at greenteam@eco-coach.co.uk with proof of eligibility and confirm your booking at least two weeks in advance.
Note: Discounts apply to core packages only and do not include add-ons.

How It Works

Book Your Party: Confirm your booking with a 50% deposit (balance due 7 days before the party).
Enjoy the Day: Our professional coaches will handle everything, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience.
Follow-Up: After the party, we’ll send a thank-you email and offer discounts for future bookings or referrals.

We offer bespoke corporate events that blend fun, sustainability, and team-building. Whether you're looking for an outdoor eco-friendly games day or a team-building exercise with a focus on collaboration and leadership, EcoCoach will help you design the perfect event.

Weddings

Make your special day one to remember – sustainably.
Our unique wedding and special event packages are designed to entertain your guests with eco-friendly activities. From games like Giant Connect Four and Ring Toss made from recycled materials to custom-designed activities that reflect your values, EcoCoach ensures that your celebration is both fun and environmentally responsible.

Hosted and Non-Hosted Packages: Choose to have our team manage the games or opt for a DIY approach.
Eco-Friendly Decor: Decorations, lights, and even wedding favors made with sustainability in mind.

Hosted and Non-Hosted Packages:

Our packages are designed to cater to different preferences and budgets. Choose from our hosted packages, which include a dedicated host to manage the activities, or opt for our non-hosted packages for a more DIY approach.

Non-Hosted Packages:

Bronze Package: Choose any three games for £150.
Silver Package: Choose any five games for £200.
Gold Package: Choose any six games for £225.
Platinum Package: Choose any ten games for £300.

Hosted Packages:

Host Fee starts from: £200 per host for weekends, £150 per host for mid-week (for 3 hours supervision in addition to the package price). Each host can supervise up to 3 games. If more than 3 games need supervision, a second host is required. Hosted packages include all the benefits of non-hosted packages plus on-site supervision, instruction and assistance.

Terms and Conditions:

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total booking is required to confirm.
Full payment required 7 days before event, failure to pay will result in forfeit
Package price includes setup, phone support, and collection.
Delivery Fee:
- - Free within 10 miles of PE6.
  - Additional miles charged at £2 per mile.

School Enrichment Days

Interactive, educational events for schools.
Our school enrichment days are tailored to meet the educational needs of students while keeping them active and engaged. With a focus on sustainability and physical activity, we provide bespoke programs that align with school curriculums.

Key Features:
- Full-day or half-day programs.
- Activities ranging from eco-games, crafts, and sports to sustainability workshops.
- Tailored sessions for different age groups, from KS1 to KS4.

Custom Event Packages
