Our Packages

We offer flexible options to suit parties of all sizes and budgets.

Standard Package: £6.25 per child per hour (minimum 20 children).

Includes:

  • Choice of 2 sports or games (e.g., football, dodgeball, obstacle course).
  • Medals for all participants.
  • Trophy and certificate for the birthday child.
  • Digital invitations.

Deluxe Package: £7.50 per child per hour (minimum 20 children).

Includes:

  • Everything in the Standard Package.
  • Additional games or themed activities (e.g., Nerf battle).
  • Personalised certificates for all children.

Large Group Options:

  • Up to 30 Children: £187.50 for 1 hour | £375 for 2 hours.
  • Up to 40 Children: £250 for 1 hour | £500 for 2 hours.

Add-Ons:

  • Party Bags: £5 per child.
  • Extended Time: £30 per 30 minutes.
  • Venue Hire Support: Let us help you find the perfect venue (cost not included).

Community Discounts

  • We’re proud to support local families with a 10% discount on core packages for:
  • Families eligible for Free School Meals (FSM).
  • Blue Light cardholders.
  • Military families.
  • NHS workers.
  • To claim your discount, email us at greenteam@eco-coach.co.uk with proof of eligibility and confirm your booking at least two weeks in advance.

  • £187.50 for 1 Hour

40 Children

  • £250.00 for 1 Hour
  • £500.00 for 2 Hours
  • £450.00 Discounted Price (10%) for 2 Hours

Note: A minimum of 20 children is required for booking.

How It Works

  • Choose Your Package: Select a package and let us know about any add-ons or special requests.
  • Book Your Party: Confirm your booking with a 50% deposit (balance due 7 days before the party).
  • Enjoy the Day: Our professional coaches will handle everything, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience.
  • Follow-Up: After the party, we’ll send a thank-you email and offer discounts for future bookings or referrals.
