1. Bookings and Payments:
All bookings must be made through our online BookWhen platform. Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Fees may apply for cancellations or missed sessions.

2. Services:
We provide sports coaching services in schools and the community, offering bespoke programs tailored to each client. Services are subject to availability and may be modified as necessary.

3. Liability:
While we prioritise safety, participation in sports activities carries inherent risks. EcoCoach PE Solutions is not liable for any injuries sustained during our sessions unless caused by our negligence.

4. Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove participants who fail to follow instructions or disrupt sessions.

5. Changes and Cancellations:
EcoCoach PE Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will offer alternatives or refunds.

6. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided by EcoCoach PE Solutions are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
