An EcoCoach professional will be on-site to mentor student leaders, ensuring activities run smoothly and aligning the program with your school’s policies.

Roles of Student Leaders

• Activity Supervision: Leaders oversee games and activities, ensuring fair play and inclusivity.
• Behaviour Management: Leaders handle minor conflicts and report serious incidents to the EcoCoach facilitator.
• Incident Reporting: Trained to identify and escalate issues, leaders learn basic conflict resolution while knowing when to involve staff.

Daily Briefings

Each day, the coach will:

• Brief leaders on the day's activities.
• Assign roles and responsibilities.
• Debrief after the session to reflect and improve skills.
